Kilkenny Card Club

Hi All, Below is the card that I thought at this weeks card club in Kilkenny.  Hope ye like it. It is made using a music sheet as the backing paper and the topper is from the 'Fred She Said' range. The Holly die is the new one from Marianne Creatables and needless to say the flowers are from Wild Orchid.

Kilkenny Workshop - October 13th

Hello there, I told you I'd talk soon so here's a peek for those who couldn't make it at the cards from the workshop I gave in Kilkenny this morning.  The workshop took place at Craftybride in the Kilkenny Retail Outlet Centre and a huge number of people turned out for it so thanks to everyone who came along.  I hope you enjoyed the class and more importantly liked the cards!

This card is made using a Craft Creations Decoupage image called 'shepherd in a manger'.
The beautiful ribbon is from May Arts and is available at Craftybride in Kilkenny.
This card is made using a topper from the new Cupcake Crafting CD 'Magical Chritmas Moments'.
There are a beautiful selection of images on this cd and it is well worth the purchase.
The flourish is a cherylynn corner flourish, cut and adapted to go straight instead of on the corner.
This card is made using a 6" scalloped card and a digi image called 'Winter Emma & the Chickadee' from Fred she said.  Fred she said carry a fabulous range of beautifully coloured images and are all available to buy on-line.

I'm Back!!

Hello to everyone and sorry that its been such a long time since I've posted. It's not that I haven't been crafting its just that since becoming Federation President for Kilkenny I.C.A. back in May, I have been very busy and am on the road a lot, so when I make cards they are generally last minute and are shipped off to the customers before I even think about blogging them.  I will make an effort to keep it up to date again now that I've found the time to log on as I know myself that it is always lovely to see what people are up to and what the trends of the moment are.
Talk Soon, Shirley
